As nice as a lovely lunch out or flowers are I know what every mum wants for Mother's Day is a bit of "you time" but I also know how hard that is to make it happen, so I've put together a weekly planner, six 30min workouts to put in it and guidance on how to make sure it happens. The beauty of this simple plan is that you can continue to use this every week, prioritising yourself, imbedding exercise and activity into your lifestyle reaping the physical and mental health benefits. You'll need some resistance bands and dumbbells for these workouts. If you don't have dumbbells you can do the exercise without or using the band under your feet. You can purchase two different weight bands from me if you need to. link in the confirmation email.
