This is an 8 week online postnatal programme for mums that wants to start or return to exercise. Women’s bodies go through a lot of change throughout pregnancy and this programme guides you through appropriate exercise to safely and effectively rehab, gain strength and get functionally fit. The programme includes: 3-4 20-30 minute exercise videos a week to easily follow along and fit into your day Starting with gentle strengthening exercises progressing to more challenging workouts and low impact HIIT Rehab and strengthen abdominals Reconnect with & strengthen pelvic floor muscles Full body strength & conditioning Functional fitness Two different weight resistance bands to complete the workouts Loads of nutritious recipes to keep you fuelled throughout the programme Resources to female health physio Discount on postnatal active wear from FittaMamma Access to a private Facebook group with lots of free workouts and advice This is a group programme so you will complete programme as a group, starting and finishing at the same time although completing the workouts in your own time throughout each week. I will introduce each weeks workouts via a live video session giving you the opportunity too meet other mums.
