Sunday
8am wake up self serve breakfast tea/coffee
9-10.30am - Strength session
10.30-11.30 - protein/ coffee break
11.30am-12.30pm - pad work conditioning
1-2pm - lunch
2-3pm sauna & cold plunge
3.30-4.30pm - revisit mindset goals
5pm finish

2-3pm - down time
