SETS & REPS PERSONAL TRAINING
I’m a women’s exercise coach specialising in ante & postnatal exercise and strength & conditioning training. I train women to get strong and feel good.
Strength training has so many benefits for women, not only does it build and maintain strength, muscle mass and bone density but it also improves confidence, builds resilience, self-efficacy and is empowering as hell! You’ll also work on getting that heart rate up which leaves you feeling pumped.

POSTNATAL POWER ONLINE PROGRAMME
Looking for the next step in your postnatal exercise? Then this programme is for you. Progression is so important for building strength and fitness and we need strength to continue to lift and carry children and their bikes etc! Also muscle mass starts to decline after the age of 30 so strength training is essential to maintaining muscle let alone gaining it! Plus what a great example we can set for our children for them to see that exercise is a normal part of your life, especially women lifting weights and being strong.

PERSONAL TRAINING
PUT IN SOME "YOU TIME"
Personal training is all about you and what you want to achieve, whether it's about getting some much needed "you time", making improvements in your mental health, achieving that 100kg deadlift or strengthening your core and pelvic floor post pregnancy, I will help you achieve those goals.
My expertise lies in ante & postnatal exercise so even if you are unsure of what you want to achieve then I can guide through exercises that will benefit you based on your consultation and induction.
My style of training is strength & conditioning, so you be building strength and getting your heart rate up using a combination of bodyweight, weights and gym equipment.
If this is a "bit of you" then get in contact to book your consultation.

Corporate Classes
Employees in the UK take about 18 days off a year to deal with stress, depression and or anxiety, while taking at least 10 days for injuries, 17 days for physical ill-health and 15 days for musculoskeletal disorders. *source - WHO
Consistent movement and exercise can help improve all of the above although so many people still don't take up exercise and the main reason they give is that they don't have time.
So what if you could remove that barrier for your employees and offer an exercise class or classes in your office allowing them time to participate? I think along with the physical health benefits you'll have a lot happier team.
My classes are tailored to all abilities so no one is excluded. I focus on full body strength and conditioning, ensuring a balanced workout with the opportunity to get your heart rate up to improve fitness and get that boost of well received endorphins! A lot of the work I do is helping people regain/gain confidence through exercise so I ensure that everyone feels comfortable in the class and can work to their own level.
