I’ve taken years of training and coaching experience and boiled it down to these 6 essential exercises every woman needs to feel confident and strong. 


Keeping it simple with these exercises that build strength and make you feel unstoppable.


Learn how to nail 6 exercises, how to engage your core, breathing and activate your pelvic floor throughout these exercises. Know your personal starting weight and how to progress with weight increments. 


1- Back squats

2- Deadlift

3- Hip thrust

4- Chest press

5- Shoulder press

6- bent over row


Walk away feeling confident and empowered to perform these exercises in any gym or weights area. 


You’ll also receive a goodie bag, an online programme including the content of the session and we’ll finish off with a 30min HIIT workout leaving you feeling energised for the rest of the day.
