Over two nights in a beautiful boutique setting, you’ll enjoy expert-led strength and conditioning sessions, mindset coaching, restorative recovery experiences, and delicious, nourishing meals crafted to fuel both body and mind. Surrounded by nature and a community of like-minded women, this is an opportunity to step away from the pressures of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and return home feeling stronger, energised, and deeply restored.

8am Wake up, self serve breakfast, tea/coffee

9-10.30am Strength session

10.30-11.30am Protein/ coffee break

11.30am-12.30pm Pad work conditioning

1-2pm Lunch

2.30-3.30pm Yoga

3.30-4.30pm Revisit mindset goals

5pm Finish

8am Wake up self, serve breakfast, tea/coffee

9-10.30am Strength session

10.30-11.30am Protein/ coffee break

11.30am-12.30pm Circuit training conditioning

1-2pm Lunch

2-3pm Down time

3-4pm Nature walk

4.30-6.30pm Sauna & cold plunge
