This is an 8 week group postnatal programme for mums that wants to start or return to exercise.
I believe that exercise is about feeling good and giving back to your body and this programme is made up of short, achievable 30 minutes workouts, scheduled across each week. A short enough time to fit into your busy week and long enough to reap the benefits of those ‘feel good’ endorphins, gaining strength, confidence and functional fitness.
Women’s bodies go through a lot of change throughout pregnancy and this programme guides you through appropriate exercise to safely and effectively rehab, gain strength and get functionally fit.
The programme includes:
3-4 30 minute workout videos a week to easily follow along and fit into your day
Starting with gentle strengthening exercises progressing to more challenging workouts and low impact HIIT
Rehab and strengthen abdominals
Reconnect with & strengthen pelvic floor muscles
Full body strength & conditioning
Functional fitness
Two different weight resistance bands to complete the workouts
Loads of nutritious recipes to keep you fuelled throughout the programme

This is a group programme so you will complete programme as a group, starting and finishing at the same time although completing the workouts in your own time throughout each week. I will introduce each weeks workouts via a live video session, providing support and motivation to stay on track and giving you the opportunity to ask questions, feedback and connect with other mums throughout and after the course. I will be available at any time for help and advice.
