Women’s Strength & Conditioning Class, St. Albans

WEDNESDAY 7.45-8.30PM ST. ALBANS METHODIST CHURCH, MARLBOROUGH ROAD This class brings women together to get strong and feel good in a comfortable space away from male dominated gyms.


Working face to face with a personal trainer that specialises in coaching women and an opportunity to meet people. ​


This class focuses on strength based exercises using a combination of weights, equipment and bodyweight and conditioning, aiming to get your heart rate up to challenge your fitness and soak up those feel good endorphins. ​


All abilities welcome including pre and postnatal. I always offer a range of modifications so everyone can work their own level. ​


Group exercise is a great way to improve not only your physical but also your mental health. It has the power to keep you committed, motivated, push yourself harder and get greater enjoyment out of exercise. So get yourself booked on and start reaping the benefits.



£54 for 6 sessions (use them as and when you attend)

£10 drop-in.
