Sets & Reps Mums class starts this Thurs 13th Jan at 8.30am 45min class.
This class will focus on strength and conditioning specifically for mums, working on areas that require a bit more love and attention post pregnancy and birth and building strength to support us caring for our children.
Get your children involved in the class or use this as a bit of you time.
We will be working on;
️Strengthen muscles that have become weak due to pregnancy
Reconnecting with the Pelvic floor
Ab rehab and strengthen
Posture correction
Breathing technique for correct core contraction
Functional fitness
Deep stretch to loosen overworked muscles
